As part of our way of providing the most cost effective repairs, Tool House, Inc. charges you labor by the quarter hour. Repair times are accurately recorded and invoiced by the quarter hour in an effort to deny what the industry has deemed an appropriate standard....taking your money. Most repair shops charge the standard 1 hour minimum labor rate (even for a service that takes 2 minutes) and then gladly takes your money and sends you on your way. Whether the economy is doing good or bad, you can rest easy knowing that Tool House, Inc. is looking out for our customers and we do not engage in this immoral practice.
